ThinkFast ("the app") is developed and operated by James Edward Lewis ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not collect, and how it is used.
We have built ThinkFast with privacy in mind. The app is designed to work entirely on your device, with no account required and no personal data collected during normal gameplay.

ThinkFast includes an optional AI-powered computer player for the Garble game mode. This feature sends a short, anonymised prompt to an external AI service (Anthropic's Claude API) to generate a story contribution.
The prompt contains no personal information — only a description of which step in the game the computer is responding to. No player names, device data, or other identifying details are ever included.
This feature is entirely optional. If you choose not to use the AI computer player, no data is sent to any external service whatsoever.

ThinkFast stores a small amount of data locally on your device to support the no-repeat system for the quiz and word search. This data includes:
This data never leaves your device. It is stored using standard iOS app storage and is deleted if you uninstall the app.
ThinkFast does not use cookies. The app does not contain any third-party advertising, tracking SDKs, or analytics frameworks.
ThinkFast is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or adults. Because no data is collected at all, there are no special provisions required for younger users.
ThinkFast is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data in accordance with their own privacy policies as part of the distribution process. We have no control over Apple's data practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
